About Your Chef

My name is Brit Obenauer

Hi! I am the Founder of Home Ec, a Wellness Chef and Health Coach with a speciality in women's health. I am also the Co-Founder of Taste and Tongue, a seasonal supper club in Brooklyn, NYC that connects people through food and thought-provoking conversation. 

I love to work with clients on crafting the perfect seasonal menu that compliments their gatherings. I opt for seasonal, local, clean and intentional ingredients in all of my dishes. I am well-versed in adapting recipes to be dairy-free, vegetarian, egg-free and gluten-free.
