What to expect in your cooking class: Our classes are the ultimate guided discovery roadmap to help you discover your inner culinarian. Our guided discovery method allows you to actively participate in discovering knowledge in the kitchen. Your Chef instructor will verbally guide you through every step - starting from prepping ingredients, cooking steps until your dishes are complete and plated. Your Chef instructor will not be cooking alongside you, rather your Chef is 100% focused on you, sharing instructions, tips and tricks personalized just for you. YOUR MENU: Shakshuka Laffa (Israeli flatbread) INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED: Shakshuka: 3 teaspoons olive oil 1 yellow onion, julienned 1 large roasted red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon paprika ⅛ teaspoon ground cayenne, or to taste 1 (28-ounce) can whole plum tomatoes with their juices, coarsely chopped 2 teaspoons tomato paste ¾ teaspoon kosher salt, plus more as needed ¼ teaspoon black pepper, plus more as needed 5 oz. feta, crumbled (about 1 ¼ cups) 6 large eggs 1 bunch cilantro, chopped for serving Laffa Flatbread: 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon instant yeast 3 cups all-purpose flour olive oil as needed 2 teaspoons za’atar, optional EQUIPMENT YOU'LL NEED: large sauté pan with a lid cutting board knife for chopping onions and garlic wooden spoon or spatula for stirring measuring spoons and cups small bowls for spices and seasoning ladle or spoon for making indentations in the sauce grill pan or skillet large mixing bowl whisk for mixing dough ingredients rolling pin work surface for kneading and rolling out the dough brush for applying olive oil to flatbread tongs or spatula for flipping flatbread small bowl for za'atar seasoning optional: plastic wrap or kitchen towel for covering the dough while it rises

Note, prices may vary. No refunds for canceled classes; no exceptions. Arriving over 30 minutes late cancels the class if remaining time is insufficient. No refunds or credits issued; no exceptions.
