Our guided discovery method allows you to actively participate in discovering knowledge in the kitchen. Your Chef instructor will not be cooking alongside you, rather your Chef is 100% focused on you, sharing instructions, tips and tricks personalized just for you. YOUR CLASS MENU: Pork Chops with Apple and Bacon Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts Ingredients you'll need: 4 slices of thick-cut bacon 2 tablespoons olive oil 4 bone-in pork chops, approximately 1 inch thick ¼ cup diced red onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 medium apple, thinly sliced ½ cup chicken broth ¼ cup apple juice ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard ¾ teaspoon ground sage ½ teaspoon dried rosemary salt and pepper, to taste 3 tablespoons cold butter 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional, for a zesty twist) lemon wedges for garnishing Equipment you'll need: frying pan or skillet (large enough to accommodate the pork chops) tongs (for flipping and handling pork chops) paper towels (for draining bacon) cutting board knife digital meat thermometer spoon or spatula (for stirring) measuring cups and spoons foil (for covering cooked pork chops) baking sheet parchment paper (for lining the baking sheet) large mixing bowl tongs or a spatula (for tossing brussels sprouts) grater (for parmesan cheese) measuring spoons and cups lemon juicer (if using fresh lemon juice) serving dish

To reschedule a class, send an email to info@festcooking.com 24 or more hours before your scheduled class time. For all reschedule requests 24 or more hours before class time, we will cancel your scheduled class and provide you a credit to apply on a new booking. Do note, class prices may vary from the time of your original booking to a new booking, we cannot honor a class price. All classes are final sale, no refunds will be issued if the class needs to be canceled. There are no exceptions to this policy. Please note that if you are over 30 minutes late for your scheduled class, your class will be canceled if it cannot be completed in the remaining time. If your class is canceled, no refunds or reschedule credits will be issued. There are no exceptions to this policy. By purchasing your class, you agree to the following terms: In consideration of participating in Fēst cooking classes, I acknowledge and understand the dangers and risks inherent in such activities related to preparing food, consuming certain foods and working with tools and appliances. I hereby waive, release, and discharge Fēst and its instructors, officers, and employees against any and all claims, demands, action or causes of action for costs, expenses or damages to personal property or personal injury, or death, which may result from my participation in these activities. Instructor Change Disclaimer: Your instructor is subject to change based on availability and instructor schedule changes. We cannot guarantee that the instructor that is booked will be the instructor you will have in class. However, we can guarantee that you will be with exclusively a Fēst Certified Instructor. If you’d like to cancel your class due to instructor change, you may request to do so 24 or more hours before your class. If you choose to cancel your class, you will receive a full refund.
