What to expect in your wine tasting or mixology class: Our classes are the ultimate guided discovery roadmap to help you discover your inner culinarian. Our guided discovery method allows you to actively participate in discovering knowledge in the kitchen. Your Sommelier will guide you through a virtual, live wine tasting - by sharing history of the wines, how to drink, what to look for when tasting, to name only a few key points. Your class is your time to pick the brain of your wine expert, learn a little something and most importantly, have fun. SHOPPING LIST: For class, please pick only one of the following options. Purchase the wines in the list, have your glasses and an ice bucket ready, and of course, invite the squad over. Option 1: New World Wave Chilean rosé blend Argentine rosé de Malbec Pinot Noir rosé from California or Oregon Option 2: The Classic Old World Rosé from Provence, France Rosato from Italy Rosado from Spain Option 3: The Sweeter Ones Pink Moscato Demi-sec sparkling rosé (from any country) Italian rosé made with Sangiovese grape Option 4: The Bold Ones Tavel rosé from France Syrah rosé from Rhone, France Cabernet Sauvignon rosé, USA Somm tips: Even if you have a favorite producer for your white and red wine, don’t skip small or less-well-known producers! Nibbles optional: Mild cheeses, crackers, potato chips, hummus, sushi, salad. Please avoid spicy or hot foods.

To reschedule a class, email hello@homeec.co at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Reschedule requests within this timeframe result in class cancellation and provide credit for a new booking. Note, prices may vary. No refunds for canceled classes; no exceptions. Arriving over 30 minutes late cancels the class if remaining time is insufficient. No refunds or credits issued; no exceptions. By buying a class, you accept risks inherent in cooking, waiving claims against Home Ec, instructors, officers, and employees for injuries, damages, or expenses.
