YOUR CLASS MENU: Tahini Swirl Hot Fudge Skillet Cake No-Churn Pistachio Ice Cream Ingredients you'll need: 1 cup all-purpose flour (for gluten-free, use almond flour or a gluten-free baking mix that has xanthan gum) 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup tahini 1/2 cup maple syrup or agave nectar 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted 1/2 cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1 pint whipping cream 1 can sweetened condensed milk ½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste, optional ¼ teaspoon almond or vanilla extract ¾ cup roasted and salted hulled pistachios, chopped Equipment you'll need: 10-inch cast-iron skillet or baking pan oven for preheating to 350°F (175°C) large mixing bowl whisk small bowl for warming tahini knife or skewer for swirling measuring cups and spoons cooling rack (optional) hand mixer or stand mixer with whisk attachment additional mixing bowl aluminum loaf pan plastic wrap for lining the pan and covering the gelato freezer for freezing the gelato spatula for folding in mix-ins apron, optional but recommended
