Join us for a 90-minute live cooking class to support the people of Los Angeles. In this hands-on session, we’ll dive into the bold and vibrant flavors of Korean-Mexican fusion cuisine. Guided by a professional chef, you’ll learn how to create a delicious spread featuring:

• Korean Bulgogi Tacos: Tender, marinated beef (or mushrooms!) with a savory-sweet kick.

• Kimchi Slaw: A tangy, crunchy topping that perfectly complements the tacos.

• Gochujang Aioli: A creamy, spicy sauce to tie it all together.

All proceeds will go directly toward The World Central Kitchen who is providing meals to those who have lost everything due to the tragic fires in Los Angeles.
