About this class
What to expect in this workshop:
- The menu: Festive Focaccia Bread

- Your Chef Instructor will answer any questions that come up via the chat box of the video call. You'll prep your ingredients and cook each dish with plenty of guidance.
- This class is your time to ask your chef questions, ask for feedback, learn a little something and most importantly, have fun!
- This is a group workshop, we ask that you remain muted throughout the class and submit all of your questions in the chatbox of the video call.
INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:
Focaccia:
- 1 ½ cups / 350 ml warm water
- 2 teaspoons / 6 g yeast
- 2 ¾ cups / 410 g all purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons / 10 g salt
- 2 teaspoons / 10 g sugar
- ⅓ cup / 175 ml olive oil
Gluten Free Focaccia:
- 1 ½ cups / 350 ml warm water
- 2 teaspoons / 6 g yeast
- 2 ¼ cups / 275 g gluten free flour
- 1 teaspoon / 4 g xanthan gum
- 1 teaspoon / 4 g baking powder
- 2 teaspoons / 10 g sugar
- ⅓ cup / 175 ml olive oil
Festive design suggestions:
- Branches of rosemary
- Cherry tomatoes
- Red onion
- Poppy seeds
- Green onions
- Mini bell peppers, 3 colors are great!
- Bell peppers

- bowl for mixing dough
- 9x13 baking pan or 14” oven-proof skillet
