What to expect in this workshop:

- This class is your time to ask your chef questions, ask for feedback, learn a little something and most importantly, have fun!
- This is a group workshop, we ask that you remain muted throughout the class and submit all of your questions in the chatbox of the video call.
INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:
Chicken Paprikash:
- 2 pounds bone-in chicken thighs or legs, Vegetarian substitution: 4 portobello mushrooms, cut in strips
- 1 large yellow onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 tablespoons sweet Hungarian paprika
- 2 cups chicken broth
- ½ cup sour cream (find the type with no thickeners, it won’t turn grainy) - Note: Cashew cream is a good dairy substitution for the sour cream. Simply blend cashews in a high speed blender with enough water to allow them to blend
- Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley Noodles:
- 12 oz bag wide egg noodles (use gluten-free noodles if desired)
- 4 oz (one stick) best quality butter, cut in small chunks
- ½ bunch parsley, finely minced
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
EQUIPMENT YOU'LL NEED:
- Knife and cutting board
- Kitchen towels and apron
- Dutch oven or deep skillet with a lid
- Measuring spoons and cups
- Tongs
- Wooden spatula or spoon
- Large pot for cooking noodles
- Large skillet for butter sauce
- Whisk or fork
