About the Role

We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager to provide support to our worldwide customers.
This individual reports to the CEO + Founder. The position is part-time. The job may be 100% remote or a combination of remote/in-office.

What You'll Do:
*Identify potential customers through research and networking, then contacting them to set up meetings.
*Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase future business opportunities.
*Schedule appointments with prospective clients to discuss offered services.
*Keep track of all communications with clients, such as emails and calls.
*Research market trends to identify opportunities for new services that might appeal to specific clients.
*Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude with customers.
*Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
*Communicate directly with clients via email, phone and/or website chat.
*Understand the services that Fēst offers.
Understand Fēst policies as it pertains to refunds, reschedule requests, deposits and cancellations.
*Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
*Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional client support.

About the Company

Fēst ( is an online, educational platform connecting home cooks to professional chefs, cooks, bartenders, sommeliers and expert home cooks to learn skills and recipes. Professional chefs share knowledge, verbal instruction, answer questions and provide feedback to home cooks through virtual one-on-one classes. This connection between a professional chef and a home cook has been previously limited to cookbooks, how-to tutorials and recipes, and meal subscription boxes.
Fēst launched at a moment in time where there is an abundant amount of cooking information available online and the demand for customized and on-demand services are becoming the norm. To date, there is little to no real-time connection between professional chefs and home cooks. We're excited to partner with expert chefs around the globe to share their knowledge, skill and passion to cooking curious people so they may cook with confidence at home.
